The Barrington Focus is an amazing opportunity for all photography lovers. Based in the beautiful Barrington Tops region, just three hours north of Gosford, you will be surrounded by country charm, amazing scenery and true country hospitality. Throughout the tour you will be accompanied by Glenn McKimmin, an award winning landscape photographer. Glenn will show you unique locations well off the beaten track at the most perfect time of day. You don't need to be a fit, extreme adventurer to enjoy this tour. You just need a sense of adventure and a desire to capture the beauty of the Barrington Tops. Glenn will be on hand during every shoot to guide you, offer feedback, challenge your ideas, and help with any difficulties you may have. Each day will include workshop time, personal photo critique and plenty of hands on photography experiences. These will include, the Barrington River, old country shacks, rambling country hills, horse yards plus many other opportunities along the way. Days will begin early and end late to capture the magic of the dawn and dusk light. The Barrington Focus is based at Camp Cobark, a 3000 acre cattle station specialising in horses. Once you enter the property you will soon be captured by the owners love for country life, horses and good old fashioned hospitality. Accommodation is in a shared, basic bunk room or you may like to bring your own tent, camper trailer or caravan.
